With the vigorous development of China's agriculture and animal husbandry,a large amount of rural organic solid waste has been generated,mainly livestock manure and straw,and a large amount of waste has been secretly discharged and burned to landfills,which has caused environmental damage to the surrounding environment.Serious pollution.Composting is an important way to reduce,recycle and harmless organic solid waste in rural areas.This paper has developed a horizontal spiral compost raw material pre-mixing test device,which can provide key technologies and equipment support for the fertilization treatment of organic solid waste,promote the utilization of organic waste resources,and sustainable agricultural development.The overall structure of the horizontal spiral compost raw material premixing test device was established according to the process requirements of the compost for raw material premixing equipment,combined with the characteristics of large differences in physical and chemical properties,low fluidity,and high viscosity among the compost materials.This article focuses on the analysis and design of the mixing case body,the mixing shaft structure,the mixing shaft spiral angle,the mixing shaft speed,the mixing shaft power,the motor selection,the transmission system and the control system.The 3D modeling of the virtual prototype was completed,and the static stress analysis of the key component mixing shaft was performed.Based on the EDEM discrete element simulation software,the parameters of the pig manure discrete element particle model were calibrated,and the optimal parameter combination of the discrete element model after the pig manure particle calibration was determined to be JKR surface energy 0.03 J / m2,and the coefficient of rolling friction between pig manure and pig manure.0.27,pig manure-pig particle collision recovery coefficient 0.54.Through the orthogonal experiments under the simulation conditions,three parameters affecting the uniformity of the mixer were optimized.The optimal combination of the current design parameters of the mixing shaft in the simulation state was 90 s.Spindle speed is 30 r / min,spiral rise angle is 10 °.The performance test of the mixer was carried out,and the C / N ratio,moisture content,and PH value of the mixture were evaluated by statistical methods.The dispersion coefficient between samples was used to indicate the degree of uniformity of material mixing.Thedispersion coefficients were: 6%.,6%,10%.The test results show that the mixing uniformity of the compost raw material meets the design requirements of the mixer.The aerobic composting test was carried out using the mixed materials.By monitoring the temperature,moisture content,volatile matter,and seed germination index of the reactor,the changes in the indicators were analyzed to determine that the reactor body complies with the harmless standard.The indicators meet national standards.
