Nanotechnology has attracted the attention of all countries because of its high technical content and wide range of applications. It is the most promising decisive technology in the world today.Due to its unique and excellent properties, nanomaterials are also in full swing.Electrospinning was first discovered by Forhals in 1934.This technology is an excellent choice for the preparation of nanofiber materials due to its simple process, low cost, and rapid acquisition.Electrospun nanofibers are also characterized by gloss and color, extremely high porosity, excellent flexibility, adsorptivity, filterability, adhesion and thermal insulation in optoelectronic devices, biomedical materials, filtration and protection,Catalysis, solar cells, aviation equipment and other fields play a huge role. This paper is divided into three parts: mainly including the application of electrospinning in food, electrospinning membrane and nuclear pore membrane as fruit fresh-keeping packaging materials.First,it introduces the application of electrospinning nanofibers in the food industry to help people improve food quality, speed up efficiency, and ensure food safety. This study aims to summarize the application of electrospun nanofibers in food and to explore their potential applications.Among them, the most widely used applications are food preservation and packaging, food filtration, edible nanofibers and food testing. The emergence of food-grade electrospun nanofibers allows people to use new materials with abundant resources to prepare fibers. It not only broadens the idea of electrospinning, but also facilitates environmental recycling.More importantly,it can help people improve their quality of life. The food industry is safer and more reliable. In addition, electrospinning is provided to provide an effective method for preparing nanofibers from carboxymethyl chitosan/polyoxyethylene ether(CMCS/PEO)solution.This study aimed to investigate the potential application of electrospun CMCS/PEO nanofiber membranes in fruit preservation. The microstructure, antibacterial properties, hydrophilicity and gas permeability of the nanofiber membrane were tested. As a comparison, the preservation effect of commercial wrap film and CMCS/PEO nanofiber film on strawberry decay rate and weight loss rate was studied. The results show that the electrospun CMCS/PEO film can effectively prevent the strawberry from losing water, and has a significant effect on prolonging the shelf life of the strawberry due to its gas permeability and antibacterial activity. And CMCS/PEO nanofiber membranes are non-toxic,edible and can be used in the food industry. What’s more, the CMCS/PEO nanofiber membrane has the advantages of being non-toxic and edible, and can be used in the food industry. Finally, the effect of using nuclear pore membrane as raw material on the preservation of strawberry by fruit wrap film was also studied. The results showed that the nuclear pore membrane as a plastic wrap has played a good role in regulating the storage atmosphere, antibacterial and water retention, and can be easily obtained at present. And safe new air conditioning packaging.
