H company is very urgent to optimize and upgrade the logistics structure model in the face of the new situation.From the perspective of the actual operation of cigarette logistics H company,Vehicle loading Problem(Vehicle Filling Problem)and Vehicle Distribution route planning(Vehicle Routing Problem)the relationship between the two is very close,such as Vehicle loading Problem in the loading of the goods order is determined by the Distribution of path optimization results,and in the process of Vehicle Routing optimization must be loading capacity of the Vehicle with the carriage space utilization,to VFP and VRP for joint planning as a whole to consider.Cigarette logistics distribution optimization problem,the author of this paper,based on the rotation center of a city level,from cigarette goods loading optimization and optimization of distribution line pattern,and the combination of H company cigarette goods distribution and distribution situation,actual orders and vehicle of VFP and implementation of VRP both joint optimization,and established a cigarette distribution characteristics of joint optimization algorithm model.The dynamic genetic algorithm was used to optimize the distribution route and the actual constraints of cargo loading.In the part of cigarette loading constraint,such limiting factors as the advanced and backward stacking and layering rules of goods,the load capacity of freight cars,and the mutual loading surface of containerized goods are fully considered.Meanwhile,heuristic loading optimization algorithm is used to ensure that the vehicle loading efficiency in the route is at a high level.At the same time,the distribution efficiency of loading vehicles can be improved to ensure the feasibility of the actual route optimization scheme.In this paper,the joint optimization algorithm for cigarette loading and route of company H was constructed.The data test results showed that the optimization algorithm not only met the constraint of cigarette loading of company H,but also significantly reduced the total mileage of cigarette distribution and transportation and the total number of vehicle launches,and improved the loading efficiency of cigarette transport vehicles.Therefore,this algorithm is of certain theoretical and practical value in reducing the logistics cost of tobacco logistics stowage transport and improving the logistics operation level of H company.
