With the continuous progress of society,the informationized,intelligent and digital way of life and production has become the mainstream of contemporary society.The rise of express delivery industry has driven the rapid development of the logistics industry.At the same time,high logistics costs become restrict the sustainable development of green logistics,vehicle routing planning,scheduling and become the effective way to reduce logistics cost,with the transformation of people fast rhythm way of life,mode of production from all walks of life are moving into the direction of short frequency,fast rhythm,therefore,fragmentation,diversified customer demand is the development direction of current.As a special industry controlled by the state,the tobacco industry's production mode and customer demand also follow the pace of social development and progress.Cigarettes,as a "hobby",are characterized by large demand,scattered demand and stable demand.In the entire process of production and consumption involves three major tobacco logistics module: the tobacco industry logistics,main cigarette logistics,cigarette commercial logistics,each link of logistics involved in logistics cost or expense proportion bigger,based on cigarette demand of main distribution,distribution distance is long,the present situation of the distribution of the high cost,the M cigarettes factory cigarette products main distribution vehicle routing optimization research.In this paper,based on the actual situation of M cigarette factory using outsourcing fleet to carry out trunk distribution,in order to reduce the total cost of distribution,from three aspects of fixed delivery cost,fuel consumption cost,penalty cost positioning,the establishment of multi-model,with the combination of hard and soft time window cost minimization model,the model is more consistent with the actual situation.The model is solved by designing a reasonable genetic algorithm,and Python is used as the algorithm solution tool.The optimization results show that: In three kinds of cigarette models,the model of the vehicle's main distribution cost minimum,avoids big late model vehicles to the distribution of the phenomenon of "small cart pulled goods",and reduced caused by small cars vehicle too much and too much of the cost of the car,so to determine the model of distribution in order to optimize the plan comparison and M cigarette factories current,In distribution efficiency,customer satisfaction and total expenses level proved the feasibility of the optimization scheme,reduces the cost under to meet customer demand,easing the burden on the scheduling department,to avoid the experience of scheduling the randomness and uncertainty,increase customer stickiness.
