The aroma quality of tobacco leaves is an important indicator to measure and evaluate the quality of tobacco and its main influence factor include the genetic factors of tobacco leaves,the environmental of tobacco leaves growth,tobacco leaves curing process and the final manufacturing process of tobacco products.Tobacco curing process is one of the key processes in the production of tobacco leaves.The principle is that the tobacco leaves gradually turn yellow and dry by controlling the temperature,humidity,and ventilation in the bulk curing barn.During this process,the relevant substances in the tobacco leaves carry out chemical reactions and transformations,promoting the formation of certain aroma substances.At present,researches on bulk curing barn control system mainly focus on reducing manual intervention,improving automation level,and improving curing efficiency.There are few researches focusing on optimizing and designing for the aroma quality of cured tobacco leaves which result in insufficient aroma and low quality of the cured tobacco leaves.This paper takes the circulating fan air supply crafts and the temperature and humidity precision control as the breakthrough points,analyzing and optimizing the temperature uniformity of bulk curing barn,circulating fan speed crafts,and the intelligent control strategy and system of temperature and humidity,which aims at improving the overall aroma quality of the cured tobacco leaves,ultimately achieving an intelligent bulk curing barn control system based on tobacco flavor-increasing curing requirements.In order to obtain the circulating fan air supply crafts of effectively improving the aroma quality of cured tobacco leaves,first,this paper analyzed the effects of circulating fan air supply crafts(including air supply mode and speed crafts)on the tobacco leaves curing process and the quality of cured tobacco leaves,proposing a circulation fan positive inversion ventilation mode to reduce the internal temperature gradient of bulk curing barn and to improve the uniformity of the overall cured tobacco leaves quality.By virtue of numerical simulation,the feasibility of this air supply mode was proved.Then,combined with a circulation fan positive inversion ventilation mode,through adjusting the rotation speed of the circulating fan in different curing stages,the impact of different speed schemes on the quality of tobacco leaves was analyzed experimentally,selecting the speed schemes which aroma quality of cured tobacco leaves is the best.Finally,combining with a circulation fan positive inversion ventilation mode and speed crafts,this paper obtained the circulating fan air supply crafts based on tobacco flavor-increasing curing requirements(flavor-increasing air supply crafts).In order to accurately control the temperature and humidity of the tobacco leaves curing process,improving the overall quality of the cured tobacco leaves,this paper is based on the principle of system identification,established a tobacco curing temperature and humidity change model based on the multi-output least squares support vector machine regression algorithm by collecting the temperature and humidity in and outside the standard bulk curing barn and the operating-state data of the actuator in the flavor-increasing air supply crafts,compared with BP neural network model to analyze the prediction accuracy of this mode.According to the nonlinear characteristics of temperature and humidity changes during tobacco leaves curing process,this paper combined with the fuzzy theory to express the knowledge of experts and the adaptability of neural network and designed a temperature and humidity control system based on T-S fuzzy neural network,And analyzed the control effect of T-S fuzzy neural network control strategy and PID control strategy on temperature and humidity change model in Matlab simulation environment.The simulation results showed that the T-S fuzzy neural network control strategy is superior to the control of tobacco curing process.Finally,combined with flavor-increasing air supply crafts and T-S fuzzy neural network control strategy,the paper devised an intelligent bulk curing barn control controller based on tobacco flavor-increasing curing requirements and carried out the curing comparative experiment.The results showed that compared with the common control system,the intelligent bulk curing barn control controller based on tobacco flavor-increasing curing requirements can better follow the curing process curve and lead to an improved quality of the cured tobacco leaves and a significant increase in the generated economic benefits.
