Design And Application Of Automatic Tobacco Leaves Filling Machine Applied In Loose Leaves Curing

The loose leaves curing is a labor-saving and time-saving tobacco curing way which has been popularized widely in our country.The State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau proposed the "mechanization" of the modern tobacco production concept in 2013 and the degree of tobacco production mechanization is getting higher and higher at present.From the ridging,fertilization,transplanting,harvesting,topping to the curing,almost all tobacco production procedure could be finished with the help of related machine.However,the filling task is completely rely on the manual in the loose leaves curing.To solve this problem,the research designed an automatic filling machine of tobacco leaves applied to loose leaves curing.The tobacco leaves filling machine consists of 6 parts,namely the tobacco distributing device,tobacco averaging device,tobacco basket transferring device,automatic filling device,immobilization device and automatic control system.Each system can be disassembled and can be easily assembled and transported.The tobacco basket will be transferred to the automatic filling device,the tobacco leaves will drop into the tobacco basket after dispersing and averaging.The full filled basket will be transferred to the immobilization device when the weight of tobacco leaves reaches to 36 kg.In order to ensure the uniformity of filling,the filling progress is divided into 9 times and 4kg of tobacco leaves is filled each time.The theoretical time of finishing one basket,s filling is 160 s and the theoretical efficiency is 100%,furthermore,the theoretical productivity is 1524.7kg per hour.The key parameters of each device are scientifically set during the design process of the prototype.In the tobacco dispersing device,the dispersion screen angle is 30°and the frequency is 2Hz,while the motion speed of the conveyer belt is 0.6m per second and the dip angle is 35°;In the tobacco averaging device,the frequency of shaking plate is 0.5Hz,the swing angle is 53 ° after correction.In the tobacco basket transferring device,conveyor belt for tobacco basket 0.3m/s;In the automatic filling device,the motion speed of the device is 0.2 m per second and the conveyer belt is 0.3m per second.The filling is divided into 7 times and 36 kg of tobacco leaves are filled in one single tobacco basket.The filling efficiency,filling stability and homogeneity of prototype was tested,found that the filling efficiency can meet the design requirements and the efficiency of the prototype if about 27.8% higher than manual filling.The filling stability and homogeneity are good as well.
