With the implementation of the national energy structure adjustment strategy and the rapid development of long-distance pipeline construction projects,the safe operation of oil and gas long-distance pipelines has become an important part of the national security strategy.The insulation joints used in the construction of long-distance oil and gas pipelines are gradually becoming one of the key products for pipeline anti-corrosion and ensuring operational safety,and it has a tendency to replace the traditional insulation flange.Insulation joint manufacturers have taken the manufacturing quality of their products as the lifeline of the company.At present,the quality inspection of insulated joints by domestic enterprises mainly relies on manual operation,through carrying,leakage and withstand voltage tests,and judging according to relevant standards.Due to the limitation of technical level,there are problems such as high labor intensity,pressure resistance,overload caused by secondary damage,safety hazards,and no real-time data recording.Domestic production enterprises need automated quality inspection methods and equipment for quality inspection of insulated joints.Based on extensive research,this paper describes the status quo and development trend of insulation joints and quality inspection systems at home and abroad.According to the actual situation of the production enterprise,the electromechanical measurement and control technology is comprehensively used,and an insulation joint inspection method and system integrating electromechanical integration and measurement and control are proposed.Subsequently,the overall scheme design and subsystem design of the insulation joint quality inspection and the compression performance simulation analysis of ANSYS software were completed;A pressure monitoring system and a water pressure monitoring system using a bellows type load pressure sensor for load monitoring were designed.And using the Zigbee protocol for wireless transmission of engineering parameters to form a monitoring scheme;The design of the clamping and sealing based on the external loading pressure of the motor screw completes the design of the parameters,software and hardware of the system.The frame of the device was fabricated,the selection of the detection sensor was completed,the design of the circuit diagram was completed,and the design of the software program part was completed.In the laboratory,the principle verification experiment of the inspection system was carried out,and the construction and debugging of the principle machine of the insulation joint inspection device was completed.The paper completed the related research work on the automatic quality inspection and control system of insulated pipe joints.The results of confirmatory experiments show that the results of the paper are correct and feasible,and meet the requirements of design indicators,It has certain innovation and practicality,which lays a solid foundation for further practical research.
