Study On Project Planning And Controlling Of Long Distance Pipeline In Central Asia

Long distance pipeline usually refers to the line engineering which transport water,oil,natural gas and other hydrocarbon medium distance in more than 50 kilometers.Long Distance Pipeline in Central Asia,as long as approximately 1833 kilometers,across three countries,is called great project.In the project management process,the planning and controlling technology is an essential element to the project management process.Doing good jobs of plans and control in schedule,cost,quality and other aspects of the construction process of long-distance pipeline project,on the one hand can make coordination arrangements and rational use of resources,so that the construction work will be organized;on the other hand,in the project implementation process,controlling the work according to the schedule,cost and quality of the plans can effectively promote the long-distance pipeline project to realize all targets in quality,safety and other aspects of the process on the basis of a specific time and cost constraints.Therefore,based on the research of academics,this paper uses literature methods,AHP and case analysis to study on project management planning and control of long-distance pipeline construction:First,the paper analysed the application status and role of plan and control technology in project management;Second,study schedule,cost,quality,plan control work and other related content of long-distance pipeline project;Third,apply the plan technology and control technology in schedule,cost,quality and other management work of Central Asia long pipeline project;Fourth,by analyzing the characteristics and issues of the implementation project process,lessons learned,sum up experience,to provide a reference for similar transmission line project.Applying the results to the project,for it is in other countries,multiple incidents are encountered in the construction process;duration is short;pipeline construction is in the next battle,the quality requirements is higher,against the above background,the following tips are put forward:...
