| Drilling cuttings are used for fluorescence analysis by being transported to the surface by circulating drilling fluid during drilling operations and after being sieved,washed,dried and ground to a powder.Fluorescence analysis can determine the status of petroleum hydrocarbons in cuttings.For a long time,the method of artificially grinding cuttings at home and abroad has high working intensity and low efficiency,and the grinding parameters are different due to the diversity of cuttings.It is difficult to meet the multi-level cuttings of modern multi-well oilfields.The standard operating requirements for batch processing require the development of relevant automation equipment.This paper first analyzes the principle of the grinder,analyzes the relationship between the grinding characteristics of the drilling cuttings and the degree of force and fracture in the cutting process,and on the basis of the feasibility and advantages and disadvantages of various working methods.In the discussion,a pneumatic grinding method based on pneumatic cuttings was proposed.Based on the principle of pneumatic circuit and pressure control of the analytical device,the design determines the working process of drilling cuttings in combination with the theory of electromechanical engineering and measurement and control technology.The design of the pneumatic circuit was completed according to the workflow,and the circuit design of the pressure control part was completed according to the required performance indexes of the grinding device,and then the human-computer interaction interface was designed for the convenience of the operator.And by optimizing the control algorithm,the pressure accuracy is improved.This design can automatically control the grinding head stroke,grinding force,and multi-azimuth grinding of cuttings for different types of cuttings.Finally,the fixed-grain grinding of different kinds of cuttings was realized.This thesis completed the research and production of the experimental prototype of the automatic cutting device of cuttings.The results of confirmatory experiments show that the results are correct,the structure design is reasonable,the operation is simple,and the application value is popularized. |
