It is named CNC grinding machine which number is GD7125.By analyzing the grinding teeth and grinding wheel dressing working principle of the grinding machine NO:Y7125, the solution about how to grinding teeth and grinding wheel dressing working theoretical approaches of the GD7125CNC grinding machine is developed, making it possible that the grind is made of generating numerically, dividing numerically and grinding wheel be dressed online. Basing on the theory, designed grinding machine’s automatic control software was designed. If you provide the basic parameters of the workpiece(gear shaper cutters, shaving cutters), the machine will calculate automatically the head frame mounting angle, column rotation angle, wheel offset and other adjustments. Finishing all of the adjustment, automatic control software can control the Numerically grinding, dividing and dressing the grind. Also, the other automated functions still be accomplished well. Such as, automatic knife, automatic feed, automatic compensation after wheel dressing and error correction. Finally, the grinding gear cutting tools to meet the requirements of the applicationthe reform of the GD7125CNC grinding machine, improve the productivity(300%speed) and precision grinding(three grade gear, AA grade shaper cutters and shaving cutters), shorten the cycle time of machine adjustment and grind dressed manually which the the operation is quite complicated,have a good economic and practical value.
