In recent years,as China's rural social and economic development,people increasingly urgent requirement for rural residential environment improvement,improve rural living environment,not only is the important measure of building ecological livable beautiful countryside,and practice centered on people's direct embodiment of the development of the thought,however,in reality,the rural living garbage is still the basic unit government to promote a prominent environmental governance,the development of rural living garbage management brings new challenges and present problems in the process of its governance as to further improve rural living environment need to crack problem.This article will rock temple town in Zhejiang province as the research object,the integrated use of field survey method,questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis and other methods,in the source rock within the jurisdiction of the town of temple village,basarios village,forest village,the lantau north village,village,BiYou Shi Diao pit village,such as the investigation and study the town rural living garbage management present situation and the measures taken in the process of governance of rural living garbage.On the basis of the above investigation and research,this paper summarizes the problems in the treatment of rural household garbage,and analyzes the causes of related problems in the treatment of rural household garbage from the aspects of villagers' environmental awareness,environmental protection mechanism,capital investment and town area.Finally,put forward the governance of the town of rural living garbage countermeasures,namely,optimizing the rural environmental protection publicity and education,strengthening the rural living garbage classification and improve the rural living garbage infrastructure,broaden the garbage management fund-raising channels,establish and improve the waste management mechanism,etc.,through these methods,promote ruralliving garbage management standardization,systematization,to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country rock temple town TianZhuan add tile.
