Study On The Current Situation And Control Countermeasures Of Smoke Dust Emission In Key Industries Of Jilin Province

According to the "13th five-year plan of environmental protection planning ideas", preliminary consideration on the implementation of key industries, industrial smoke and dust of total control, carry out smoke and dust of total control in key industries such as steel and cement, electric power.In this paper, through the investigation of Jilin Province, the "12th five-year plan" period the emission of smoke and dust emission source number and the status quo, research to determine the smoke dust emissions focus on industry in Jilin Province, according to the present situation of smoke dust emissions and dust removal facilities operating status of key industries, the key industries in addition to upgrading scheme of dust technology; using regression analysis, at the end of the "13th five-year plan " key industry emission reduction potential forecast, proposed the Jilin province total smoke and dust control countermeasures.The conclusions are as follows:(1)During the period of "12th five-year plan", the central area of Jilin province is the key area of smoke and dust emission. The central region of the Changchun,Jilin,Siping,Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, accounted for about 60% of the total; Jilin Province, sources of industrial smoke dust emissions accounted for about 80% of the province's emission of smoke dust, smoke and dust emissions are key areas.(2) Jilin Province, the focus of smoke dust emission industries: thermal power, iron and steel smelting, cement and heat production and supply. Four major industries during the "12th five-year plan" smoke dust emissions accounted for 63.04% of industrial smoke dust emissions in Jilin province.(3) In order to ensure that the key industries in Jilin Province, the smoke dust emission standards, the need to transform the existing dust facilities. Transformation scheme is the first choice in the original dust collector based on the upgrading of. The use of high efficiency electrostatic precipitator, bag filter or electric bag composite dust collector.(4) After the transformation of dust removal facilities in Jilin Province, at the end of "13th five-year plan" the four major industries of tobacco dust reduction will reach 47 million 639 thousand and 515 tons, compared with the existing facilities to reduce 798 thousand and 612 tons of dust.(5) Suggested that industrial smoke and dust into the sewage permit system and environmental verification system management category, while Jilin province key control of the central region, the timely implementation of the upgrading project of smoke and dust removal system of key industries.
