Research On The Problem Of Rural Environmental Pollution Control In Zhaoyuan City

Since the reform and opening up,China's three major industries have developed rapidly and the economic level has been improved rapidly.At the same time,environmental protection has become increasingly prominent and has gradually become an important factor restricting the sustainable development of China's economy.In recent years,with our country's attention to rural issues such as "three rural" issues,beautiful rural construction,urban and rural environmental governance,rural environmental pollution governance is also more and more valued by all sectors of society,and rural residents' awareness of environmental protection is also enhanced.In this study,Zhaoyuan City and its towns(streets)and villages are taken as the research object.Literature research is used to understand and master the relevant theories of rural environmental protection and governance,and the research status at home and abroad.Field investigation and visit analysis are used to conduct field investigation to understand the current situation of rural environmental pollution in Zhaoyuan City and the response methods of Zhaoyuan City in rural environmental pollution control.Zhaoyuan City is analyzed The role played by governments at all levels,grass-roots organizations and the public in rural environmental pollution control is based on the successful experience,effective models and technical methods of other developed countries and other provinces and cities in rural environmental control,based on the actual situation of Zhaoyuan environmental protection,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in line with Zhaoyuan rural environmental control.Firstly,this study summarizes the research background and significance of the current rural environmental protection and governance,combs,summarizes,analyzes and summarizes the relevant environmental protection theories,typical cases at home and abroad and their successful experiences,mainly analyzes the rural environmental governance part of the "New Village Movement" in South Korea and the "Village building movement" in Japan,and discusses Anhui Province in China The early measures and achievements in rural environment improvement in Zhejiang Province.On this basis,the survey of Zhaoyuan City and rural environmental problems,mainly summarized the status quo of rural environmental problems in Zhaoyuan City and the methods adopted.Furthermore,it points out the shortcomings of Zhaoyuan City in the treatment of rural environmental pollution,such as the imperfect law enforcement system,the need to strengthen supervision,the main administrative treatment,the single governance subject,and the lack of financial investment.In view of these problems,this paper puts forwardcountermeasures and suggestions for rural environmental governance in Zhaoyuan City:first,to strengthen the publicity and education of environmental protection policies;second,to improve the legal system of environmental governance;third,to increase the investment in rural environmental pollution governance by various means;fourth,to develop the main body of rural environmental governance by multi governance;fifth,to innovate and use scientific governance means.The purpose of this paper is to put forward feasible methods and models for rural environmental protection in Zhaoyuan City through investigation and research,so as to benefit the rural environmental governance in Zhaoyuan City.
