As a kind of marine biomass macromolecule with wide source and low price, alginate has good biocompatibility, biodegradability, environmental protection and so on.More and more researchers have shown strong interest in this field.Algae fiber is a new type of fiber with alginate as the main raw material. In addition to the excellent characteristics of alginate, the fiber has excellent self-flame retardant properties and has huge potential applications in medical dressings, textiles and clothing. However, the function of seaweed fiber is relatively simple, and it can not meet the needs of people's production and life. Therefore, the research and development of seaweed fiber with versatility has become the direction of scientific researchers.Fluorescent fiber as a new type of high-tech anti-counterfeiting material has attracted people's attention.Fluorescent fiber refers to a fiber that can emit a specific color under the irradiation of light of a specific wavelength, and is also called a security fiber or an anti-counterfeit fiber.Fluorescent fibers are mainly used in the important field of anti-counterfeiting identification, but traditional fibers are mostly based on petroleum materials, such as polypropylene(PP),and some fluorescent fibers are based on terrestrial plant resources, such as polylactic acid(PLA).However, there are few fluorescent fibers based on marine biomass materials. With the depletion of fossil resources of petroleum and the limited terrestrial plant resources, the national policy of vigorously developing marine undertakings has been issued, and the development and research of new green and environment-friendly fluorescent fiber based on alginate has become a hot topic. This paper mainly studies the preparation and testing of fluorescent fibers with sodium alginate as the main raw material.Nano-level fluorescent fibers and micro-level fluorescent fibers were prepared by electrostatic spinning technology and wet spinning technology, respectively. In the preparation of nano-level fluorescent fibers, carbon dots can be used to improve the chain entanglement of the spinning solution without using surfactants, and the mass ratio of sodium alginate aqueous solution/polyethylene oxide aqueous solution can be increased to 94:6.Nanometer sodium alginate fibers with blue, green and red emission colors. In the preparation of micron-level fluorescent fibers for textiles,the(AIE)Mg-DBM complex with aggregation-induced luminescence effect was mixed into an aqueous solution of sodium alginate to form a uniform spinning solution.Micron calcium alginate fiber with color emission characteristics. The specific research content is as follows:First, for the nano-fluorescent fiber, the microscopic morphology was observed using a scanning electron microscope;the effect of the spinning solution ratio on electrospinning was studied, and the surface tension, electrical conductivity, and rheological properties of the spinning solution were tested. The main factors of electrospinning were analyzed;its structure was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, its fluorescence characteristics were tested and its live cell toxicity test was conducted.Second, for micron-level fluorescent fibers, first, the microscopic morphology of the Mg-DBM complex was characterized and the distribution of Mg contained in it was tested using an X-ray spectrometer, and its fluorescence was measured using a fluorescence spectrophotometer. The characteristics were studied.Secondly, the surface and crosssectional structure of the fluorescent fiber were observed under a scanning electron microscope, and the linear density, tensile strength, and fluorescence spectrum of the fiber were tested using a fiber tensile tester and a fluorescence spectrophotometer, respectively. Finally, through the live cell toxicity test, the fiber is tested for toxicity.
