Study On The Coupling Relationship Between Economic Development And Ecological Environment Protection In Shanxi Province

As we all know,Shanxi Province is an important energy and heavy industry base of our country,which has made an important contribution to the rapid economy development.At the same time,due to the low efficiency of resource utilization,the problems of environmental pollution and ecological environment damage for the province can not be ignored.This paper first builds the coupling index system of Shanxi Province's economic and environmental system,establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of Shanxi's economy and environment from 2007 to 2017,and analyzes the development level of Shanxi's economy and environment,the results show that the comprehensive development level of Shanxi Province's economy in 2007-2017 is on the rise,from0.2417 in 2007 to 0.7613 in 2017.And the comprehensive development level of environment has increased from 0.4665 in 2007 to 0.6694 in 2017,which is basically consistent with the development track of the comprehensive development level of economy,indicating that the development level of economy and environment has improved during this period.Then,based on the comprehensive development level of economy and environment in Shanxi Province from 2007 to 2017,the coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model are constructed to evaluate the coordinated development level of economy and environment in Shanxi Province from2007 to 2017.It can be seen that the coupling degree of economy and environment in Shanxi Province has increased from 0.4290 in 2007 to 0.8400 in 2017,and it has been optimized from primary coordination area to the coordinated development area.Thirdly,from the perspective of different regions,the level of coordinated economic and environmental development of 11 cities in Shanxi Province in the past five years(2013-2017)was studied.There is an upward trend,from the near-coordinated interval to a well-coordinated interval,and each city has the characteristics of alternating distribution of imbalance and coordination in time and space,and shows the regularity of the transition to comprehensive coordinated development.Finally,based on the obtained coupling and coordination degree results,a GM(1,1)model was constructed topredict the economic and environmental development trend of Shanxi Province from2018 to 2025.The results show that the economic and environmental coupling and coordination degree of Shanxi Province is on the rise.The development momentum is advancing,and both economic and environmental conditions will improve to a certain extent.Although the economy and environment of Shanxi Province have developed to a certain degree during the research period,the economic growth is faster than the speed of environmental protection,and the environmental problems caused by economic development still exist.The development between the two still has the following problems: the industrial structure is single,most of them are traditional industries with high energy consumption and high pollution such as coke,steel and iron,which cause serious environmental pollution;with large energy consumption and strong resource dependence,coal consumption accounts for the vast majority of energy consumption in the industrial industry;lack of awareness of environmental protection and backward development concept;insufficient investment in environmental protection and inadequate environmental supervision.In view of the problems existing between the current economic and environmental development of Shanxi,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of the economic environment of Shanxi Province:to speed up the transformation and upgrading,to realize the industrial optimization and adjustment and do a good job in coal and non coal for strengthening the protection of agricultural resources;to innovate the development concept and promote the green transformation of the industry;to develop low-carbon circulation environmental economy for resource conservation and efficient utilization;to strengthen environmental governance,building ecological security barriers;to improve the construction of environmental laws and regulations,and improve the awareness of participation of the whole people.In previous studies,most scholars focused on the analysis of the impact of economy on the environment,but rarely combined the two.Therefore,this paper combine Shanxi Province's economy and environment for coupling analysis,andprovides a strong basis for the long-term prediction of environmental quality changes.At present,the selection of indicators for the coordinated development of economy and environment has not yet formed a unified standard;at the same time,this paper only selects the data of relevant indicators of the economic and environmental system of Shanxi Province in 2007-2017 for research,and the research results need to be further tested...
