The Role Of Public-private Cooperation In Global Environmental Governance

The paper first introduces the process,current mechanism and existing problems of global environmental governance.Then propose the basic theory of Public-Private Partnerships(PPPs)in which various relevant actors interact with each other.And also the thesis present how the PPPs model is used in the area of international relations.The cooperation between China and the EU to build the clean energy mechanism is used as an example to translate the theory.At last,the paper concludes that how the PPPs is useful for global environmental governance.The author think that in this era,China's making effort to promote the addressing of environmental issue and PPPs could be a practical way.
