With the rapid development of nanotechnology,the electrospinning technology of nanofibers and quantum dots of nanomaterials have become a research hotspot.The quantum dot films prepared by electrospinning technology make the quantum dots more evenly distributed,and the quantum dot fiber films prepared by electrospinning have attracted people's attention.In this paper,the traditional needle electrospinning for the preparation of quantum dot fiber film has the problems of low yield,diameter distribution and poor stability.The Cd Se/Zn S core-shell quantum dots were treated with water solubility by improving the existing roller electrospinning,and then the quantum dot fiber films with good optical properties were prepared.The specific research content is as follows:1.Aiming at the problems of traditional single-needle electrospinning with low yield,easy clogging of needles,and uneven fiber diameter distribution,this paper proposes to improve roller electrostatic spinning equipment that can mass produce nanofibers but with uneven electric field distribution.The voltage application position was changed from the roller to the bottom of the liquid tank.Through the numerical simulation calculation of COMSOL Multiphysics 5.0 software,the effects of the annular auxiliary electrode,the parallel auxiliary electrode,and the flat auxiliary electrode on the electrostatic field in the electrostatic spinning of the roller were analyzed.Finally,the best new type of roller electrostatic spinning model was obtained.2.The effects of solution concentration,voltage,auxiliary electrode and receiving distance on the diameter and yield of nanofibers are studied.It is concluded that the auxiliary electrode can make the diameter distribution of nanofibers more centralized,which provides a reliable support for the preparation of better fiber films,and also provides a valuable reference for the commercialization of quantum dot fiber films.3.Aiming at the problem of quenching of quantum dot fiber films,this paper uses an amphiphilic oligomer(polymaleic anhydride n-hexadecyl alcohol,PMAH)to coat oil-soluble quantum dots,and then uses electrostatic spinning technology.Using PMMA as the spinning solvent,red and green quantum dot nanofiber films were prepared.On this basis,it was characterized by fluorescence spectrum and transmittance.The results showed that the transmittance of the fiber film with a spinning time of 180 min was 87.9%,indicating that the quantum dot fiber film had good light transmittance;green quantum dots were measured.The emission wavelength of the fiber film is 545.5nm and the excitation wavelength is 450 nm,which indicates that the quantum dot fiber film prepared by electrostatic spinning technology has good optical characteristics.Therefore,the quantum dot fiber film prepared by electrostatic spinning has practical value in the fields of lighting and display.
