Research On The Dilemma And Solutions Of Collaborative Environmental Governance In The Yangtze River Delta

With the rapid development of China's economy,environmental problems are becoming more and more serious.As an important intersection of "One Belt And One Road" and the Yangtze River economic belt,the Yangtze River delta urban agglomeration has a highly developed economy and is also an area with serious ecological degradation and environmental pollution.All the cities in this region are bordered on each other.In addition to the cross-regional characteristics of environmental pollution itself,the environmental problems in urban agglomerations across administrative regions are severe,and cross-boundary pollution and pollution disputes occur frequently.Cross-administrative environmental governance has become an inevitable choice,and governments across the Yangtze River delta must carry out coordinated governance.In addition,due to the increasing complexity of environmental pollution,enterprises and social forces also need to play an important role in environmental governance and assume environmental governance responsibilities.Therefore,when local governments take collaborative governance actions,they should also guide enterprises,the public,social organizations and other non-governmental governance bodies to participate in environmental governance and bring them into the collaborative governance of regional environment.In recent years,the collaborative treatment of environmental pollution has developed into an evolutionary trend of environmental treatment in the Yangtze River delta region.There are many difficulties in inter-governmental and inter-governmental coordination,so measures should be taken to improve regional environmental collaborative governance and further improve its effectiveness.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,this paper analyzes the factors restricting the environmental collaborative governance in the Yangtze River delta region and puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures to improve the path of environmental collaborative governance in the Yangtze River delta.
