In today's society, the defects of the traditional way of living in the city are becoming more and more obvious, the relationship between people becomes alienated, there is no communication between neighbors and they mutually become the most familiar strangers. The new generation of the young in the city is also facing more severe housing problems, buying house is at a far distant date and renting house has continuous troubles, which makes the life style and life attitude more unfixed and stochastic. With the production and development of the sharing economy, the connection between social material and resource allocation is redefined and aspects of life are affected and reconstructed, which cause the new thinking about the living style of people."Share”concept has become the hot topic in residence field.Based on the conclusion of global sharing residential community, this article extracts three main sharing space forms and structures, which are transforming type of original structure, mobile recombination type and the inheriting structure of traditional city texture. Then it elaborates on influencing factors in the aspects ofhabitation function, new technique mean, sustainable development and traditional folkhouse culture etc.The vast prospective for the development of future sharing residential mode can be deducted from organic characteristics and systematicness formed in sharingspace. With the current prosperity of sharing economy, besides the demand of international integration, the development of Chinese sharing residential community also needs to adapt to the conditions in our country. In order to establish a new-type residential community with Chinese characteristics,we need to conduct concrete analysis of concrete problems.
