Research On The Creation Of Shared Space Under The Old City Update

Under the hard constraints of the "new normal" resource environment,the old city update has entered a refined update stage.The rational use and space update of the stock land is the old city update in the current context.There are many public spaces in the old city that are not valued,including the living space with blurred property rights,the pedestrian space occupied by motor vehicles,and the neighborhood space of the community.In today's sharing era,the issue of how to integrate and effectively use public space in old cities has caused widespread concern.Since the 21st century,the economic model has shifted from the traditional intensive economy model to the shared economy model,resulting in a series of sharing,including the sharing of information,resources,space and lifestyle.At the same time,the sharing of the use of the old city's stock usage,neighborhood space reconstruction,space use value and even property rights structure has attracted the attention of scholars in related fields.This research focuses on the exploration of the shared space creation in the context of the old city renewal.It discusses from the multi-disciplinary level:firstly,the basic composition of the old city space is interpreted,including the material structure and social structure,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research;The problems existing in the old city and the problems existing in the renewal of the old city start from the two parts,explore the internal relationship of the public space of the old city;secondly,through the details of the connotation and characteristics of the shared space,combined with the example of the activation of the public space in the old city,Including the case of Beijing Dayuan Hutong No.28 and the "Barcelona Model",it is proved that the old city public space is the "acupoint"of the old city renewal,and the relationship between the public space and the shared space of the old city is constructed,and the shared space of the old city is specified.It can improve the utilization rate of the old city space,realize the value of the old city and improve the cohesiveness of the old city community through the conversion of different powers and responsibilities.Thirdly,the shared space type and the construction path are updated in the old city,and are discussed through three levels:residential space sharing,street space sharing,and community sharing.Finally,the old city of Yanqing,Beijing,was used as an empirical study to build a shared old city.Implanting the shared space creation method into the old city is a major innovation in the renewal of the old city,and has played a certain reference for the development of the old city renewal.
