Study On Community Renewal Stratage Based On The Concept Of Sharing

"Sharing" is one of the themes of urban development in the new era.The new Urban Agenda of " Habitat ?" and Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Strengthening Urban Planning and Construction both contain the value of "Sharing".Meanwhile,the concept of "sharing" has provided a profound impact on various fields,with the time innovation 2.0 era,ICT and the sharing economy,the concept of "sharing" has had a profound impact on various fields.At present,the community renewal work with new idea in China is in the stage of all-round exploration and transformation.But there are few research on the community renewal based on the concept of "sharing".At the same time,many communities of China have tried to integrate the concept of "sharing" into the practice of community renewal,resulting in the incongruity between practice and theoretical development.This paper attempts to interpret and analyze these community renewal cases based on the concept of "Sharing",summarizes the general renewal methods and implementation strategies,enhances the theoretical value of practical cases and provides new theory and method for community renewal in the new era.This is just the starting and innovation point of this paper.This paper is divided into five chapters,Chapter 1 is Introduction,introducing the research background,research purpose and significance,concept definition,research method and framework.Chapter 2 is Theoretical Research.Firstly,it conducts theoretical research on community renewal and the concept of "Sharing",and then analyzes the significance of sharing concept to community renewal.Chapter 3 is Case Study.Firstly,it sorts out community renewal cases based on the concept of "Sharing" in China.Secondly,it selects three successful cases,namely Beijing Digua Community,Beijing Baitasi Community Shared Living Room and Shanghai Chuangzhi Agricultural Park,for field investigation and detailed analysis to identify common characteristics and rules.Chapter 4 is Renewal Strategy.Based on the study of above theories and case,the community renewal strategy based on the concept of "sharing" is further discussed from the perspectives of general level and the detailed level.Chapter 5 is Applied Research.It puts forward the corresponding community renewal strategy by the above research and analyzing the current problems,taking Beijing Baiwanzhuang community as an example.
