Car safety has always been an issue of great concern. With the current increasing number of vehicles, the form of traffic accidents has shown a trend of diversification. In recent years, due to the sudden opening of the door by the occupants in the car,the collision between the rear moving target and the car door caused accidents that caused casualties, which greatly jeopardized the safety of public transportation. Therefore, the study of key technology in anti-collision warning for car doors is significant. In this paper, aiming at monitoring the vehicle's rear moving targets. We use the millimeter-wave radar to measure the target movement state quantity and locate it.According to the complexity of the rear vehicle movement target state, the collision model based on the time logic of the target multiple movement state is studied. The time the target stays in the pre-warning area for each type of movement is compared with the warning threshold, and a comprehensive judgment is made as to whether an early warning is issued. The research results of this paper will further enrich the model of door opening collision warning algorithm and provide a solution for the realization of door opening collision avoidance warning technology.Firstly, the overall design of the anti-collision early-warning warning system is carried out in this paper.Secondly, the advantages and disadvantages of the target detection sensor are analyzed. After selecting the millimeter-wave radar as the measurement sensor, the distance measurement, velocity measurement, angle measurement of the millimeter-wave radar are performed. The principle of direction finding is explained.Based on this, the general indicators of the anti-collision warning system for open doors of cars are analyzed, and the processing flow of digital signals in each cycle is described.Secondly, this paper uses the kinematics analysis method to establish an early warning model for door opening collision avoidance. When the direction angle of the target is smaller than the escape angle threshold, the target will calculate its acceleration, constant speed, and deceleration in the early warning area when it approaches the vehicle. The residence time in the warning area;use the collision time model to establish the safety time logic algorithm and define the collision danger degree. The difference between the collision time and the fixed warning time threshold is used to determine the door opening risk of the occupants in the vehicle,so as to decide whether issue an early warning.Again,in the aspect of control logic, this article studies the starting conditions of the system and uses the CAN bus of the car to obtain the signal of the vehicle state, such as the vehicle speed signal and the central control door lock status signal, etc.to comprehensively judge whether the system is started or not, thus avoiding the system. The wrong start interferes with the judgment of the driver and passenger;the system's function logic and alarm conditions are set.In addition,a system's automatic exit mechanism was established.Combined with the current rear-side radar, the feasibility of technology fusion was studied. Finally,in the experimental research part, this paper evaluates the accuracy of radar system such as distance measurement, angle measurement and speed measurement. On the basis of obtaining the accuracy of each measurement data, the three factors that affect the early warning time are analyzed and judged significantly.According to the significance level test results, the measurement accuracy can be improved in a targeted manner,so as to improve the anti-collision warning of opening the door. The reliability. The feasibility of this early warning logic is verified indirectly by using the existing open-door anti-collision warning model and the functional logic of this paper.
