| With Chinese economy developing,infrastructure construction and large projects is becoming more and more,especially the tunnel construction and subway construction.So the tunnel boring machines is used much more than before.Tunnel boring machine is very expensive.So it will affect the whole construction work and cause the loss if the tunnel boring machine break down.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the state detection and maintenance to maximize its effectiveness and to ensure construction.As the heart of the tunnel boring machine,the main drive system is a very important part,which directly determines whether the machine can work normally.Therefore,it is necessary to detect the state of the system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,the development situation at home and abroad of the equipment condition detection and diagnosis and detection technology of tunnel boring machine is introduced.The significance of state detection of main drive system is illustrated.(2)The failure mechanism of the main machine drive system is analysed.The common fault types and fault mechanism of the main motor,gearbox,the main bearing is analysed.The relationship between vibration and wear is discussed.the fault tree model of the main drive system of tunnel boring machine is established by using FreeFta software.(3)The whole section of airborne tunnel boring machine online detection system and off-line detection methods are analyzed.This paper summarizes the main methods of the main drive system,such as temperature detection,oil analysis,vibration analysis,nondestructive testing and other methods.The characteristic parameters of vibration analysis and oil analysis and detection are mainly introduced.(4)The detection process of the airborne detection system of roadheader is illustrated.The working process of airborne system is introduced.Then the hardware composition of the vibration system is described,and the parameters of the sensor andthe acquisition card are selected.Wavelet denoising is introduced,mainly expounds the basic principle and method of wavelet threshold denoising and the threshold function selection.Then Various threshold denoising is analysed and compared using the MATLAB software to select the best effect of noise reduction.The composition and functional structure of the software analysis system are introduced.(5)Using the Labview combined with MATLAB noise reduction program,the vibration detection system of the main drive system is established. |
