Modern Application Research Of Traditional Construction Methods From The Perspective Of Place Spirit

In the background of globalization,the architectural space design is gradually covered by a single model of industrialization,mass production,and non-differentiation.The style and construction technology of the building is the same,and the inheritance of regional traditional construction methods is in trouble.It is disappearing,and the geographical features and local construction methods are gradually being marginalized,resulting in a sense of no field(,that is,the lack of local place spirit.There should be a dialogue system between space and people.Space is not only to satisfy the most basic functions and uses,but also to take into account people's aesthetic and emotional needs,so that people and space have emotional echoes.This paper argues that China has this kind of non-field-sensing problem in both indoor and outdoor design.Copying,over-designing,and stacking of materials in the design of the interior space create boring space.For a long time,this sense of no-field will make space lose its essential meaning,so it is especially important for designers to change their thought and make reasonable use of traditional construction methods to create a place spirit in the local context.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of non-field-sensing and to change the declining state of the construction of thinking,technology,materials,and architectural aesthetics under the traditional Chinese construction method.From the perspective of the spirit of the place,this paper deeply explores how traditional construction methods are used in contemporary space design.Create continuable content and developable strategies to change the “aphasia” status of the spirit of place in local context.The first section of the first chapter is an overview of Schulz's spirit of place.It uses the perspective of phenomenology to describe the formation of places and the relationship between place and space.That is,through the process of spatial perception experience,the psychological acquisition process of “position”and “identity”corresponding to “space”and“characteristics”related to place structure;the second section discusses the method of spiritual material creation and non-material construction.Both of then are based on phenomenology,through the five physical perception of the experience of the design,spatial plots and non-material layout of the spatial order design.The second chapter is an important part of the article.It is the interpretation of the spirit of the place and the traditional methods of construction.Through the construction of the naturalperception of the art and the way of thinking of the design,the techniques and materials under the phenomenology and interpretation of the three major parts of traditional space plots,we can find the part of the traditional construction method that reflects the spirit of the place and explore new application perspectives of traditional construction methods in contemporary design.The third chapter is the core part of the article.By the combing of the first two chapters,it sums up the construction strategies of traditional construction methods in contemporary space design from the perspectives of “ideological”,“artistic” and “technical”.It is also a paradigm for the creation of local space designers.These three parts correspond to the research framework of the first two chapters.The ideological creation includes the psychological acquisition methods of "a sense of position" and "identity" of the local space.The artistic creation is from the exploration of the five perceptual experiences in space to the overall visual construction of materialization.There are different aesthetic influences in contemporary space design as the directional content of the overall atmosphere of “characteristic”space.The technical construction is a phenomenological perspective that preserves the phenomenological content of traditional materials technologies,combines contemporary technology materials,and preserves the spirit of the place with new application strategies.The fourth chapter is an analysis of the case of the local spirit in the transformation of the villages in the land of the ancient villages.Through a concrete case,a contemporary application of the traditional construction method is demonstrated.First,Transform the thinking of design by the interpretation of the task book,the design orientation,and the collection of regional plots.Secondly,from the plane layout of rammed earth village to perform sequence arrangement and local space "empathetic design".Finally,through materials and technology to design the materialized plot of contemporary aesthetics to create a local spiritual space with local construction thinking.
