Study On The Construction Of Place Spirit In The Renewal Of Old Communities In The Background Of Urban Double Repair

At present,under the influence of the transformation in the era of quantification and the background of urban dual cultivation,the development of the city is very different from the demands of the old city.Old communities are an important part of the old city,most of the old communities in China are the residential areas of unit enterprises,with the increasing number of commercial housing and the reorganization and development of unit enterprises,the living quality of old communities is difficult to meet the living needs of residents.In addition,many forms of transformation within the community are only a single copy and paste,the community landscape is similar,and there is no characteristic.The fundamental reason lies in the neglect of the original human historical environment and the local natural environment in the design and transformation process,lack of place spirit and regional culture implantation.Therefore,it is necessary to start with the establishment of the spirit of the place,come and reexamine the goals and strategies of the old community's renewal.The significance of the integration of place spirit theory lies in the realization of human poetic dwelling.This article aims to fill in the deficiencies of research on the establishment of place spirit in the renovation and transformation of old communities.The article is based on the strategy and method of site theory integration in the site reform of the Sichuan Agriculture and Rural Office,fully grasp the various influencing factors of place theory,and grasp and extend it in the actual design.The purpose of this article is to increase people 's attention to the spirit of the place,And provide reference value for future research and design of the same type.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)The literature review method is used to discriminate the concept of place spirit and community renewal and to summarize the current research status at homeand abroad.Explain and explain in detail the local sense,local identity and local attachment theory,in-depth study of the theoretical source,connotation and structure of place spirit,on this basis,find its essence and design method on this basis,lay a solid theoretical foundation for the whole text.(2)Using case analysis method to study three classic cases of community transformation at home and abroad and learn their design methods,provide reference experience for the following overall design strategy and design plan.(3)To study the method of building the spirit of the place in the community renewal and transformation,summarized five principles and four strategies,provide a basis for the transformation of the design of the actual project behind.(4)To study the status of the site of Sichuan Agriculture and Rural Office,analyze the natural resources and historical humanities around the site,observation methods are used to study the distribution and behavioral characteristics of outdoor activities of site residents,through the questionnaire method to study the site memory and the willingness of the residents of the site,provide operability basis for the transformation design of later projects.(5)According to the above research conclusions,the feasibility of the strategy is demonstrated in the specific design of the project.Through the scene reproduction of several important nodes and the special design to reflect the continuation of the site memory,make the site into "Pasture of the Countryside","Painting of Agriculture","Painting of History","Painting of Nature","Painting of Homeland" these five agricultural landscapes with local characteristics.
