As the pace of development of human society is getting faster and faster,the energy consumption of various countries has been increasing.The concepts of energy saving and environmental protection have penetrated into various countries,industries and even individuals.In addition to actively developing renewable energy,the exploration of energy saving is endless.According to the data,the proportion of building energy consumption in China’s total energy consumption has increased from 17.7% in 2014 to27.9% in 2018.In the field of building energy efficiency,there are already many energy saving study and energy-saving standards for civil buildings,especially public buildings,and the results achieved are also very impressive.However,in the field of industrial building energy saving,it is still in a relatively backward stage.China’s electronics industry has developed rapidly in recent years.Electronic industry clean room often have cooling load requirements throughout the year.The energy consumption of the existing air-conditioning system of electronic industry clean room is very large,accounting for about 40% to 60% of the building’s energy consumption,and the energy consumption of the chiller accounts for about 50% to 60% of the energy consumption of the air-conditioning system.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study energy-saving strategies for chillers.This article summarizes the study of domestic and foreign scholars on the energysaving technology of industrial buildings by referring to a large number of documents.On this basis,taking the electronic industry clean room in industrial buildings as the research object,the study content and study purpose of this article are determined.Firstly,the energy consumption characteristics of electronic industry clean room are theoretically analyzed,and feasible energy-saving technical measures are proposed.Taking a project of electronic industry clean room in Chongqing as an example,the operation data of the chiller,pump and cooling tower in the refrigeration station are measured in summer conditions,transition season conditions and winter conditions respectively.By analyzing the test results and combining the operation and management of the clean room,the main problems in the operation of the clean room refrigeration station are proposed: the load distribution among the chillers is uneven;the thermal performance of the cooling tower has not been fully utilized;the performance coefficient of chillers is low.Then,a targeted energy-saving transformation plan is proposed for these problems.The application of different energy-saving strategies is analyzed,and the energy-saving effects are simulated and calculated.In this article,by optimizing the group control strategy of the chillers and using the method of comparing the specific power of the chiller system,the optimal control operation mode is obtained.Through the calculation of the annual energy consumption of the clean room refrigeration station,the energy saving rate is 6.32% compared with the annual energy consumption of the refrigeration station system under the current situation.In winter,the cooling tower of the clean room can be made full use of for cooling when the outdoor conditions meet requirements.By checking the cooling capacity of the airconditioning terminal of the clean room,when the wet bulb temperature is switched to10℃,the theoretical cooling hours of the cooling tower in winter are calculated to be1957 h,and the available cooling time accounts for more than 80%.Compared with the annual energy consumption of the refrigeration station system under the current conditions,the energy saving rate is 9.68%.Compared with the traditional manual cleaning method,the rubber ball online cleaning of the chiller has the advantages of short cleaning time,excellent cleaning effect,little impact on the condenser tube,and good economy.Through the analysis of the installation of the rubber ball online cleaning device for the chiller of the clean room refrigeration station,it is concluded that when the average end difference of the condenser of the chiller decreases from 3.4 degrees Celsius to 0.8degrees Celsius,applying of this energy saving strategy,the energy saving rate is 7.54%compared with the annual operation energy consumption of the refrigeration station under current conditions.Through the actual measurement and simulation analysis of the refrigeration station of the electronic industry clean room,an effective energy-saving technical transformation plan and operation management control strategy are proposed.The energy-saving effect is good.The study results can also be applied to the energy-saving transformation and operation management of other electronic industry clean rooms.
