In situ leaching stope,the location of each leaching liquid well is complicated and scattered in distribution location.Geological metallogenic conditions are very different and the water inflow in the well is not stable,resulting in deep depletion of deepwater submersible pump lifting the leachate in the well.The well water and motor running parameters as the control conditions,through the logic programming of the inverter output control,to protect the deep submersible pump motor purposes.And for the realization of the electrical operation in the process of danfoss frequency converter to the deepwater submersible pump remote drive control,through the inverter to control the external pin improvement,in order to get the remote condition of manual and automatic access,with RS485 communication will danfoss frequency converter connected to the Siemens PLC control sequence,and then be included in the Ethernet remote monitoring unit.In the acid leaching method in mines in the process of the fluid is transmitted over a long distance,collecting liquid pool level of real-time control effectively,reasonable setting of the bet with fluid flow,has become an important monitoring in-situ uranium mining process optimization processes,so as to make the logic PID control strategy is the preferred application.Remote network form and to include all the key equipment in remote monitoring,to reduce the enterprise production cost and labor intensity,centralized control,alarm monitoring,to achieve the goals of the production management,provides the sufficient technical support.
