Electric energy metering equipment is an important metering and billing tool in energy trading.In order to avoid the damage of metering equipment,ensure that the metering accuracy and fairness of the electricity charge,RFID electronic seal technology has been more and more used to the metering equipment seal.Electronic seal has a unique code,compared with relatively large and rewritable information storage space,electronic seal has high encryption ability,waterproof,dustproof,which is compatible with current electric-power asset management system,and the recognition process needs no human intervention.Traditional seal technology is easy to fake,inconvenience for management and which also contaminate the environment,in contract,electronic seal completely avoided the traditional seal technology's disadvantages,which made it the safest and most reliable sealing method for energy metering device.Firstly,this paper studied the RIFD standard and comparatively analyzed the basic communication principles between electronic tag and readers.According to the Type A protocol in ISO/IEC 14443,the paper designed five analog circuits for RF interface of electronic tag and further optimized circuit parameters by Hspice simulation software.Secondly,it discussed the security of electronic seal and design.By adding the SM7 security encryption algorithm approved by the State Password Authority to the electronic seal and combining the two data encryption modes,a bi-directional secure authentication process between electronic tag and the reader is designed.Besides,it analyzed the interface functions of encryption chip and working sequence in detail,and realized two-way security certification in hardware.Finally,the paper conducted a partition design of EEPROM in detail,it realized the access rights for all partitions,by repetitiously backing up of the data,key and checking message to prevent possible error code during complex communication process.Meanwhile,the paper analyzed the function of memory interface chip and working sequence,based on simulation experiments by Model Sim software the results showed that the design is a success.
