Research On The Development Strategy Of Yunnan Business Aviation Ground Service Company

At present,The Civil Aviation Administration of China has issued Some Opinions on Strengthening the Management of Business Aviation and measures to accelerate the development of general aviation.Under framework of national airspace classification management,this thesis advances the management of lower airspace,enlarges the opening of lower airspace,reduces the cost of general aviation airspace,and studies the new model of lower airspace safeguard service of general aviation in fixed operation area.With the favorable news of policies such as the opening of lower airspace and the rapid development of China’s economy,business aviation,as the fastest,most convenient and most flexible method of transportation in the world,will achieve rapid development.In the future,Kunming Changshui International Airport,which surpassed only by Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou airports,will strive to become the fourth largest national hub airport in the Southeast Asia and the South Asia and it also will become the bridge connect Europe and Asia.Meanwhile,it is also the only national hub airport in Western China.With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the aviation industry,adding the advantages of Yunnan Kunming’s economy,culture and geographical conditions,Yunnan aviation industry is at a period of rapid development.December 13,2016,Changshui airport passenger throughput has exceeded40 million,but compared to the rapid development of air transport field,civil aviation industry development is lagging behind.During the“13^th Five-Year Plan”period,Yunnan will build 20general airport.I believe that Yunnan will be full of opportunities to develop very well for the broad prospects.At the same time,the prosperity of Yunnan corporate aircraft is also an important symbol to measure international hub construction and the improvement of the service level.On the other hand,comparing with rapidly developing civil aviation industry,Yunnan general aviation,especially the development of business aviation is far from the developed regions of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.Meanwhile,there is always a gap between the development of Yunnan business aviation and the International first-class business aviation ground service level.This causes the chaos and unstable in servicing quality of Yunnan business aviation agent market.Without unified management unit,it will against Yunnan province and Yunnan Airport Group Co.,Ltd to establish a platform for image exhibition.This thesis will take the business aviation ground services company,in Yunnan province,as an example,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign business aviation ground service,summing up the deficiency of current development and the problem that need to be solved urgently by the methods of searching information and field investigation.This thesis also through the value chain analytic method to find out the way to integrate industry resources and normalize the standards,thereby to further clarify and enhance core competitiveness.Finally we will select the suitable development strategy for Yunnan business aviation ground services.After formulating a series of development measures for internal and external,Yunnan Business Aviation Ground Services Company will actively try to implement integrative,collaborative and standardized development strategy in the future.It will provides the necessary theoretical supporting for Yunnan Business Aviation Ground Services Company,keeping a foothold on Yunnan province and reaching the international standard,to set up Yunnan business aviation service platform.
