| China’s auto industry has a history of rapid development for nearly30 years.By the end of 2016,China’s car ownership has reached 194 million,only less than United States with 260 million.And the scale of China’s auto service market has exceeded 1 trillion yuan in the same period,and the China Auto industry has rapid development of more than15% every year.At the same time,Under the influence of new models and policies,the company which as a vehicle service industry must have a clear development strategy to grasp the market opportunities.Based on the above research background,this paper will select Y company(automotive service company)as the research object,and combine many methods including the strategic management theory,mainly adopt the literature review,case study,investigation and research methods etc.To study the development status and existing problems of Y company through PEST model,Potter five force model,SWOT model,resource analysis method and so on to carry out the strategic choice of Y company’s development strategy and safeguard measures for strategic implementation.Through in-depth analysis of Y company and this paper examines its applicability for results of analysis and judgement in the actual production and management of Y company.Under conducts a large number of field visits and exchanges of study on the outstanding companies in the industry,and then compares and analyses the relevant books and national statistics to predict the future of the automotive service industry.Combined with the status of Y company,finally concluded that Y company should adopt the lateral integration of the expansion of the company development strategy,in order to ensure competitive advantage,Y company should take the cost leading competitive strategy.This article will provide reference for business managers in domestic and abroad in the automotive service industry in formulating strategies. |
