In the whole construction process of the power grid project,the cost management of the project is an extremely key basic work.The power grid project has the characteristics of long period,large scale and high cost,and its cost control is also affected by many factors.The total investment and the operation investment benefits of the finished project are directly affected by the project cost,the national economy and the people's life are also closely related to the project cost.How to guarantee the controllability of the investment change in power grid engineering has become an important issue in the field of construction and cost of power engineering.Combined with the characteristics of each stage of the power grid construction,based on the statistical simulation method,a model was built to simulate the cost data in this paper,the sensitive factors affecting the cost were analyzed,and the effective measures for controlling the cost were put forward,which were practiced verification in an engineering example.Firstly,the research background and development process of the whole process cost management of the power grid project were introduced,the weak links in the current stage and the engineering cost management characteristics in foreign countries were analyzed,and the research direction of the project was clarified.At the same time,based on the basic principle of the whole process,and linked with reality,the typical problems of cost management were listed,summing up: effective cost control measures are urgent.Secondly,based on the periodic characteristics of the power grid engineering,the whole life cycle cost analysis was taken as the research idea to determine the analysis parameters of the whole life cost of the power grid engineering.The simulation model of experimental statistics was established,and the datas of Matlab/Simulink were used to analyze the factors which affected the cost of every stage of the project.The deviation and sensitivity were calculated,and the key factors affecting the engineering cost and the target value of control were obtained.Finally,through an engineering example,a project of Hubei Chan Ling Shi Xi ~ II back to 220 kV transmission line was discussed,calculated using the simulation results,to adopt effective measures for controlling the key factors affecting cost.By tightening up the key stage and key node in the implementation of the project,feedforward control was taken in time,and the target of the cost control of the project was finally realized.
