Thermal power generation will continue to be China's main form of power generation,and its pollution situation is not optimistic.With the improvement of environmental protection requirements,the power environmental protection equipment industry has achieved rapid development after 2012.YN is a company that produces electric and environmental protection equipment.It has achieved rapid development under the national "blue sky defense war" policy.At present,it is in the stage of strategic transformation.The salary design of technical employees can no longer keep pace with the development of enterprises.In response to these problems,this paper,based on the theory of salary related,through field interviews,questionnaires,literature research methods,etc.,through statistical analysis to find out the problems and solutions of technical employee compensation design,and develop a set of corporate strategy The core,the salary design plan in line with the actual situation of YN company,can effectively encourage the technical staff to work efficiently and promote the sustainable development of the company.The research object of this paper is all technical staff of YN company.Firstly,it expounds the research background,research significance and the relevant theoretical review of salary.Secondly,it analyzes the salary status of YN company's technical employees and tries to find out the existence.The problem is to provide the basis for salary design.Finally,with YN company's enterprise development strategy as the core,according to the company's actual operation,through the work analysis,the technical staffs job description is formulated,and the job evaluation is carried out based on the job analysis.The post salary,and then the comprehensive welfare policy and other conditions,designed a scientific compensation plan for technical employees.
