Today,with the rapid development of the knowledge economy,the role of knowledge staff in the development of enterprises has become increasingly prominent.Knowledge staff have gradually become the decisive factor in the core competitiveness of enterprises.How to stimulate the enthusiasm of knowledge staff,improve the performance of knowledge staff and the overall operational quality of enterprises has become an important issue in business management.Beijing H Technology Co.,Ltd.is a high-tech enterprise based on the field of maritime intelligence and marine information.The company was founded in 2001 and has 356 employees.At the beginning,it entered the market with the first “VDR” with CCS certificate in China.However,after 14 years,due to the economic downturn in the shipbuilding industry,and the lack of incentives for human resources management,employee satisfaction and serious brain drain.The most important thing is that the lost employees are mainly for product research,which causes the company to suffer certain technology loss.Therefore,how to establish a salary system suitable for the company's development status has become a top priority for H company.Based on the review of the salary management theories and motivation theories,this paper analyzes H company's salary system of the existing knowledge staff through questionnaire survey,further finds out the key problems and their causes and then provide ideas for the optimal design of the enterprise's knowledge-based compensation system.Based on Comprehensive compensation theory,the salary system is optimized from the monetary compensation system,walfare policy and non monetary compensation,this paper proposes an optimization plan.On this basis,this paper also discusses the related safeguard measures of the knowledge-based employee compensation system and evaluate the effctiveness of the new plan.Finally,the conclusions of this paper mainly summarize the research results and prospects for future research.The new knowledge-based employee compensation system can solve H company's human resource management problems,improve the enthusiasm of knowledge staff,and provide reference for salary management for similar private enterprises.
