In China,railway companies are large enterprises of state-owned enterprises.Railway is an indispensable transportation tool for our country,which has made great contributions to the sustainable development of our economy.Since the beginning of the 21st century,the railway industry has made rapid progress,and now it is at the peak of development,which brings many challenges to the working quality of railway workers.As for the railway enterprises,how to improve the overall technical level of the technical workers and the level of literacy,how to implement the training process of workers,and so on,are also more and more important.In the current special period of railway industry rapid development,W company as China railway group co.,LTD.,a subsidiary of a subsidiary,always adhere to the market as the dominant idea,mechanism and physical reform constantly,improve the functions of management,further strengthening project of fine management,gradually complete the construction of professional company,in order to more quickly to the customer to provide better service.The main business of the company is engineering testing,testing,surveying and other work,covering the railway,highway,municipal,construction and other engineering fields.Under the background of the company's transition to marketization,the disadvantages of the existing technical staff training management work are constantly appearing.Skilled workers younger trend on the whole,but has a senior title and lower-level title exists between apparent age fault,coupled with senior title number far cannot satisfy the actual demand,caused a professional life is the number of part-time phenomenon is widespread across the project.At the same time,in the management of training,staff motivation,brain drain and core technology employee turnover have occurred.All this has had a great negative impact on the company's daily work and the future development of the company.In view of this,this paper will study the technical staff training of W company.In the study,this paper first research background,significance of such issues as the detailed narration,then the problem in detail in this paper,the current research situation at home and abroad,and explains the research methods used in this article.Then,the relevant conceptual basis and theory of training related to the research process of this paper are explained.The research process mainly takes W company's enterprise background as the launching point and analyzes the characteristics of W company's technical staff.Based on the experience of practical work and questionnaire survey,this paper illustrates the current situation of training staff training in W company,points out the existing problems and analyzes the causes of the problems.Aiming at the existing problems and reasons,this paper aims to improve the training of the technical staff of W company and optimize the training system based on the relevant theories of the training system.The improvement measures of technical staff training were put forward from the three stages of training planning,training implementation and training end,at the same time,the optimized training system is provided with safeguards and related Suggestions.At the end of the paper,this paper summarizes the research and points out the limitations of this study.Meanwhile,it also makes some prospects for the research results of this paper,and hopes to provide some Suggestions for other companies in this industry.
