Research On Selection And Evaluation Of Auto Parts Suppliers

The 14th five year plan for national economic and social development and the long-term goal of 2035 put forward by the Chinese government have been released.The proposal mentioned building a safe and reliable industrial supply chain,realizing the effective connection between upstream and downstream,continuously improving environmental quality and establishing an ecological environment governance system.China’s economy has also bid farewell to the high growth rate and entered the "new normal" period.The economy has been in the bottom stage of transformation for a long time.The development of automotive industry has been increasing from the incremental era to the stock market.The price of raw materials on the automobile has been climbing steadily.Influenced by the international situation,the core supply resources are limited.Especially since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia in2020,the uncertainties of factory production,mobility and logistics transportation are threatened by the government policies,which threaten the safety of the supply chain.Therefore,comprehensive and systematic evaluation and selection of suppliers to avoid supply risk and disruption is a common issue faced by the current auto parts enterprises.There are many factors involved in the selection of auto parts suppliers,and many scholars at home and abroad have designed many index systems and models based on cost,delivery and quality,and adapted to the characteristics of the industry.However,few scholars have raised the emergency management to a certain level.In this paper,from the perspective of auto parts manufacturing enterprises,taking the suppliers of company A as the research object,the current situation and existing problems of the suppliers of company A are analyzed,the supplier selection model is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the index system and process of supplier selection of company A are optimized,especially the emergency management ability is selected as the main index to comprehensively and systematically construct the index framework.The indicators of supplier selection include total life cycle procurement,development cycle,process quality capability,feasibility analysis and commitment,and emergency management capability,covering cost,delivery,quality,technology,and emergency management.In addition,this paper also optimizes the supplier evaluation system of company A,constructs the supplier evaluation model by using the analytic hierarchy process,and puts forward 5 first level indicators and 15 second level indicators.
