Research On Risk Prevention And Control Of Construction Project Cost Management

In the competitive construction projects,engineering cost management is a very risky work,and the construction industry attaches great importance to operation.Before or at the initial stage of the construction project,the project cost budget is carried out because the design content has not been determined,the construction material equipment,the design plan has not been completed,and the project scope is not clear.The fundamental goal of construction project construction cost risk identification,is to find out the process of construction projects and activities of all kinds of project cost risk,in order to provide construction project construction cost risk control on construction project construction cost risk,the severity of the risk consequence of construction cost,project cost risk causes and process of project cost risk information and judgment.After the related project cost risk is evaluated,the project cost risk management personnel can respond to the critical risk that has been assessed,and put forward methods to eliminate,mitigate,accept and transfer the project cost risk according to the technology and information obtained.The plan for the project cost risk response strategy includes project cost risk avoidance,project cost risk reduction,project cost risk retention and project cost risk transfer.There exists great uncertainty in the realization process of construction project,because this process is a complex,one-off,open and involves many relations and variables.These characteristics cause a variety of risks in the implementation of engineering projects.Failure to manage these risks can lead to all sorts of losses that eventually translate into an increase in the cost of the project,sometimes very large.Therefore,the impact of risk on the construction cost must be considered in the construction cost management of engineering projects.In this paper,risk factors and prevention and control strategies of construction project cost management are studied based on the current status of construction project engineering cost management.Organization structure of this paper:this paper is divided into 5 chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction,which mainly discusses the background and significance of the research,the current research status at home and abroad,the purpose,content and methods of the research.Chapter 2 the basic theory of construction project engineering cost management,introduces the basic concept and objective of construction project management,briefly analyzes the basic theory of engineering cost management,and expounds the meaning of construction project engineering cost.Chapter 3 risk factors analysis of construction project engineering cost management,focusing on risk factors and identification analysis of construction project cost management in different stages.Chapter 4 risk prevention and control measures of construction project construction cost management,summarizes and analyzes the project cost management and risk prevention and control in the design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and completion settlement stage.
