Research On The Optimization Of The Management Model Of Community Parks In Yangzhou

As the scale of the city continues to expand,the natural environment around the city has been greatly damaged,and the internal space of the city has been continuously squeezed.People are increasingly eager to be close to nature under the premise of continuous enrichment of material life and continuous improvement of living environment.At the same time,the quickening of the pace of life limits the time people go to the countryside.People are eager to have a place in the city that can meet their own needs,and the construction of community parks has emerged.The community park has changed the living environment for the citizens,but it has also been accompanied by endless management problems.The management of community parks in China is still at the beginning and exploration stage.The new era and new situation call for the new model of urban community park management.Taking yangzhou community park as an example,this paper explores the new model of research and management,which can not only extend the research field of urban landscape greening management,but also enrich the research content of managing community parks from the point of view of the government.In addition,combined with the reality of Yangzhou,from the perspective of government management,the community park management model is optimized and integrated,and targeted measures are proposed,which can solve the problem of community park management to a certain extent.It also provides new templates and new cases for China’s community park management model.This paper studies the management model of community parks in Yangzhou City through literature research,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis.Firstly,through the form of questionnaire and interview,the paper analyzes the results of questionnaire,and draws the problems and reasons of the three existing models of taking over,corporate management and outsourcing management.Then,we can draw on the advanced concepts and experience of the management of open parks in Luxembourg,Paris,London,Islington,London,Beijing,Chaoyang District,and Yuzhong District,Chongqing.Based on the tragedy theory of Commons,this paper analyzes the present situation of community park management in yangzhou city,and forms a new management model by optimizing and integrating the existing management model,and gives the definition of connotation.In addition,it focuses on the role of the government in the target management model,which mainly includes three aspects:rational planning,increased input,and increased supervision;This paper expounds the role of the company in the target management model,which is mainly embodied in three aspects:safety management,hygiene cleaning and green space maintenance;This paper expounds the sense of ownership of public supervision and management in the target management model.Finally,four supporting measures have been adopted,including adhering to the green development and protection mechanism,improving the informatization of park services,strengthening the digital management of parks and parks,and giving full play to the oversight role of various platforms.A new model of intelligent park management is formed,the existing community park resources are integrated,the management results of community park construction are improved,and the public’s demand for public service resource sharing is satisfied.
