Study On Public Participation Of Urban Ecological Park

Urban ecological park bears the responsibility of improving urban ecological environment,protecting biodiversity,preserving regional ecosystem and maintaining the balance of ecosystem.Under the background of vigorously advocating the construction of ecological civilization and the reform of urban governance pattern of "co-governance,sharing and co-construction",how to combine the social forces of urban ecological parks with the joint participation of multiple subjects to bring into play their social and ecological benefits has become the key.At present,only a few cases of urban parks have been analyzed and evaluated in the study of public participation theory in China.In order to enrich relevant theories,this paper makes a thorough and detailed discussion on the community-based conservation project of Fu-yang Eco Park in Taipei,hoping that it will be beneficial to the theoretical research and practical guidance of public participation in urban ecological park.Finally,the public participation model of urban ecological park is analyzed,evaluated and summarized by combining the community-based conservation case of Fu-yang Eco Park in Taipei and the collaborative management case of Futian Mangrove Park in Shenzhen.This paper firstly analyzes the concepts and connotations of "urban ecological park" and "public participation",and then reviews the existing research status and current situation at home and abroad.On this basis,the paper analyzes the problems and causes of public participation in urban parks in China,then it further reveals the plight of urban ecological parks and the positive significance of introducing public participation mechanism.Then,combining with the case of Community-based Conservation of Fu-yang Eco Park in Taipei city,this paper analyzes and evaluates the Community-based Conservation of public participation,and puts forward the applicable scope of this mode.Finally,based on the planning and construction experience of Fu-yang Eco Park from wilderness to park,the landscape design strategy is analyzed.The main research results are as follows:(1)The literature research on public participation in urban parks at home and abroad is sorted out,the positive significance of public participation in urban green space planning,design and management and maintenance is made clear,the status quo of the initial stage of public participation in Chinese mainland is summarized,and the current problems and causes are made clear.With the plight of the survival of urban ecological park and the requirements of sustainable development as the core,this paper analyzes the necessity of its inclusion in the public participation mechanism,and puts forward the target and focus of public participation.(2)By introducing the case of public participation in Fu-yang Eco Park in Taipei city,the paper demonstrates the practical experience of the Community-based Conservation mode in the field,expounds the dilemma of public participation in the case in detail,and takes the dilemma as the research anchor to illustrate the impact of the interaction between multiple subjects on the results of public participation projects.(3)Taking the planning and construction experience of Fu-yang Eco Park as an example,this paper deepens the connotation of landscape design strategy of urban ecological park.(4)By introducing the case of social co-management of Futian Mangrove Park in Shenzhen city,the paper expounds that the government-led and NGO management mode is the new direction of the reform of urban park management mode in China,which ADAPTS to the sustainable development demand of urban ecological park.
