With the rapid development of the economy,the market competition becomes more and more fierce,and enterprises begin to realize that the product centered business philosophy can not meet the development needs of today's enterprises.As an important resource of an enterprise,customers play an important role in the survival and development of the enterprise.The company generally accepts the customer-centric management concept.However,effective management of customer resources is still a challenge for every enterprise.On this basis,this paper analyzes the current situation of customer relationship management of APC,and puts forward the strategy of improving customer relationship management.After seven or eight years of development,the company has made many achievements.Facing the increasingly competitive market,the company is facing many customer relationship management problems.These problems include: how to improve customer satisfaction through effective methods,implement customer relationship marketing,establish customer management information database,so as to improve customer value and achieve sustainable development of enterprises.This paper includes: the first chapter,introduction,describes the search background and the importance of the paper,and describes the current situation of customer relationship management research at home and abroad.The second chapter,related concepts and narratives,explains the theory of customer,customer relationship,customer management and customer relationship management.The third chapter is the introduction of APC company and the management problems of APC company.According to the problems of APC in customer relationship management,the improvement plan of APC's customer relationship management is proposed.The fourth chapter puts forward a detailed improvement plan of customer relationship management,the main purpose is to improve the customer satisfaction of APC.Implement customer management and establish customer information management database.The fifth chapter introduces the internal guarantee measures of customer relationship management in APC in detail,involving the establishment of internal resource allocation mechanism for customers.The improvement of organizational structure and the fine design of technological process.This paper combines the theory of customer relationship management with the current situation of APC,and puts forward the practical strategy of customer relationship management.The research in this paper has important guiding significance and practical value for improving the level of customer relationship management of APC company,and then improving the basic competitiveness of the company.At the same time,it is very important to manage the customer relationship of small and medium-sized enterprises.
