Research On The Application Of BIM Technology In The Electromechanical Engineering Of Public Buildings

With the development of building informatization,the number and scale of construction projects are increasing in China.As an important part of the construction industry,mechanical and electrical engineering has a great impact on the construction efficiency and quality of the whole construction cycle.At present,many construction enterprises in China have applied BIM technology to the construction of mechanical and electrical engineering,which not only effectively improves the construction efficiency of mechanical and electrical engineering,but also improves the engineering quality.In short,BIM technology has rapidly developed into an indispensable digital technology in the construction industry.This paper focuses on the research of BIM technology in mechanical and electrical engineering,and it introduces the BIM related application software and the current standards of BIM technology.Secondly,the application of BIM technology in the in-depth design of electromechanical engineering is introduced,including collision detection and net height analysis of the electromechanical professional pipelines by BIM technology.Finally,the project of an office building of a university in the north is taken as a sp ecific case to analyze and explain the application status of BIM technology in electromechanical engineering,and to detail how to carry out project modeling,collision inspection,pipeline synthesis and construction simulation.Through the analysis of application of BIM technology in mechanical and electrical engineering can be concluded that BIM technology brings great help to building mechanical and electrical work,can not only improve the rationality of the design of mechanical and electrical engineering,also can effectively accelerate the project engineering construction progress,improving the quality of construction,save construction cost,thus for the high quality of the construction engineering construction to lay a solid foundation.
