The energy consumption of HVAC is 80% of the building energy consumption.In addition,the environmental pollution caused by coal-fired heating is also more serious.The development of new clean energy for heating supply cooling is in line with the policy of "coal clean energy heating",which is advocated by the state.The indoor temperature environment of human life to create the required energy grade is very low,because the indoor environment throughout the year only 18 to 27 DEG C,the use of any high grade energy is wasted,make full use of low grade energy and waste heat is our use of heat pump technology for source direction for the construction industry.Sewage is a good low-grade clean and cold heat source.It has significant characteristics of large volume and suitable temperature.As a heat pump and heat source,it has great potential for energy saving and emission reduction and wide application prospects for building heating and cooling.However,the quality of the sewage is poor,the components are complex,and there are a lot of impurities.It is easy to clog up the thermal equipment.The thickening of the fouling layer will also quickly reduce the heat transfer coefficient,which will eventually lead to the failure of the device to get heat.This paper focuses on the development of rotary two protection device to solve the problem of clogging and scaling of sewage source heat pump system,and verify the feasibility of equipment and system through engineering practice.First,the types of dirt were studied,and the obstruction of the filtration device by the primary living and industrial sewage and the treated sewage was investigated.On this basis,a rotary two-proof technology for solving clogging and scaling is proposed.Then,the mathematical model of the rotary two-proof device is analyzed.At the same time,the existing fixed filtering scheme is compared,the feasibility of the technical scheme is verified,and the mature rotary two-proof device is designed and developed.Finally,the energy consumption status and operation effect of a company's lake water source heat pump air conditioning system using a rotary two-proof device were tested.The results show that the heat pump system with rotary two-proof technology has significant energy saving and emission reduction benefits.The test results show that the system has no heat exchanger equipment blockage accident throughout the year.The annual average energy saving rate of the system is close to 40%,and the overall operation of the system is stable and reliable.
