At present,China's economic environment is in a relatively stagnant stage,and the competition is increasingly fierce,resulting in the decline of the income of real estate enterprises.The cost requirements for large construction projects are also increasingly stringent.Therefore,effective cost control of each link must be paid attention to by each unit and relevant departments.In other words,the cost control of large construction projects needs to be paid enough attention when the large-scale construction project starts officially and ends.However,the domestic cost control system and related indicators are not mature enough,and there is a lack of a complete set of cost control project management system,so there will continue to be budget overexpenditure and other phenomena,as well as the familiar problems of sanchao,the situation is relatively harsh.Therefore,today's large-scale construction projects urgently need a sound system of cost control,scientific and effective control and management of project costs,and truly achieve synchronization with developed countries,and even go ahead in the world.It is gratifying to note that in recent years,many large construction projects have strengthened their awareness of and behavioral measures to control costs.Even a few large construction projects regard strictly controlling the cost of large construction projects as an important indicator of engineering projects.Because most of the real estate enterprises,however,that the blind can pursue the economic benefits of large construction projects,cost management and control leads to serious conflicts,and even individual enterprise put economic interests as the core of the enterprise status,the cost management and control of turning a blind eye,careless attitude,lead to large construction project engineering cost is larger,economic efficiency has been a huge loss,actually do more harm than good.Relevant documents also show that the cost control and management of large construction projects have a direct impact on the economic benefits,and indirectly has a certain impact on the decision-making,design,bidding and other important stages of large construction projects.Therefore,strict control and management of project costs and in-depth construction projects to reach all stages are the core means to truly improve the economic benefits of large construction projects.Based on my own practical experience,this paper summarizes the cost control and management of large construction projects and the stages of construction projects,and emphasizes the significant impact of cost control and management of large construction projects on the whole construction stage and the core economic benefits of the project.It is proposed that only when a complete set of cost control and management system of construction project is developed and implemented to each stage of construction project,can the economic benefit of enterprises be truly maximized.The research idea of this paper is as follows: firstly,it expounds and introduces the theory of cost control and management of the project,and studies the specific strategy of cost control and management of the construction project.Secondly,the existing deficiencies and contradictions of cost control and management of construction project are explained.Then it puts forward the specific requirements on the methods of cost control and management of the construction project and gives the corresponding modes.Finally,taking the G11 project as the case,the guarantee is put forward for the practice of cost control and management of the construction project,for the reference of each production enterprise.
