Research On XA Construction Engineering Group Supply Chain Cost Control

In the process of national economic development,the construction enterprise is an important pillar industry,and the result of its cost management will directly affect the economic development level of our country.This research focuses on the supply chain-based cost management of construction enterprises in order to lay a foundation for improving their competitiveness in the market.This research takes the XA Construction Industry Group as the research object,carries on the following several aspects: firstly,according to this research background,the domestic and foreign research present situation,the main content,the technical route,the research method and so on carries on the introduction.Secondly,it expounds some basic concepts and theories involved in the research,defines the terms of construction enterprise,supply chain,cost management,etc.,and then expounds the supply chain management theory and lean theory involved in this study.Thirdly,combining with the case analysis of XA Construction Industry Group,this paper introduces the main factors that affect the cost control of its supply chain,and carries out the analysis from two aspects: external environmental factors and internal factors.This paper analyzes and clarifies the problems existing in the supply chain cost control of XA Construction Group at present,and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions to the relevant factors affecting the supply chain cost management of XA Construction Group at present.Starting with the combination of external measures and internal measures,it can help to carry out supply chain cost management better,improve the level of cost management,and lay a good foundation for the overall development of enterprises.Through this study,we can get the following conclusions:(1)supply chain cost management of construction enterprises is the current development trend.The proper application of this management model can help enterprises to enhance their competitiveness in the market.(2)the construction industry is the pillar industry of economic development in China,and the cost management level of construction enterprises will not only affect the development of enterprises themselves,(3)the effect of supply chain cost management of XA Construction & Industry Group will be influenced by external environment and internal factors,such as macro-politics,economy,and society.Technology and other factors and internal management ideas,cost management system,finance The comprehensive quality of personnel,etc.At present,the main problems in the cost management of supply chain are lack of information coordination system,imperfect supply chain system,and the quality of financial personnel needs to be further improved.The countermeasures can be put forward from these aspects.
