Research On Influencing Factors And Effective Control Of Engineering Cost

Since the 21 st century,with the rapid growth of the national economy,the government has formulated and implemented a series of development strategies in the field of Vocational education,and domestic vocational education has entered a period of rapid development.In the 13 th Five-Year Plan,it is clearly pointed out that in order to speed up the development of applied schools and vocational colleges,vocational colleges throughout the country are also expanding their own campus scale and investing heavily in the construction of new campuses.From the relevant cases,there are still many loopholes in the construction project of Vocational College campus,especially in the aspect of cost control.The phenomenon of "three excesses" occurs frequently.It is urgent to strengthen the cost management in the whole process of the construction of new vocational college campus.The cost of construction project is a multi-factor and multi-level system.This paper systematically analyses the influencing factors and cost control measures of the whole process of project cost management,uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the weight of influencing factors of the whole process of project cost management in Vocational and technical schools,finds out the key points of cost control in each stage of project construction,puts forward corresponding effective control measures for key points,and presents the whole process with more charts.The operation process of project cost management is discussed,and the reasonable control measures of the whole process cost management are discussed with engineering examples.This paper consists of six chapters,including introduction,theoretical basis of project cost,factors affecting the cost of Vocational colleges,control measures,case analysis,conclusions and prospects,of which case analysis is the main chapter.Taking theconstruction of a new campus of a vocational and technical school in Changzhou as an example,this paper uses the whole process cost management model to analyze the five stages of the construction project from the perspective of cost control,and puts forward effective control measures according to the influencing factors of each stage: compiling the investment estimate table;implementing the quota design and utilizing the optimal design scheme of value engineering;adopting the valuation model of bill of quantities.Open bidding and quantitative comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate and calibrate the bidding.The advantages and disadvantages of this case are further summarized by building up the cost management methods at all stages.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the scientific and systematic cost management of new campus construction in Vocational and technical colleges.
