This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the power grid in central urban area of Yishui County,aiming at the problems of relatively weak primary grid frame of low-voltage distribution network,low degree of distribution automation and poor reliability of power supply.The functions of fault detection,location,isolation and restoration of power distribution automation system are described from the aspects of reforming power distribution first grid,reforming power distribution terminal equipment,reforming communication system,construction of power distribution automation main station and distribution automation system.This paper analyzes the current situation of distribution network in the central area of the city,and expounds the necessity of implementing distribution automation in the central area of the city.When the automatic construction of distribution network is carried out on the basis of the existing distribution network,the lines can be reconstructed,segmented,and contacted.Reasonable arrangement of load transfer between 10 kV lines.In order to ensure that the line can be smoothly transferred in the event of a failure or power outage,a network frame needs to be modified so that all 10 kV lines in the downtown area meet the "N-1" standard requirements.It is determined that the main station and the outdoor terminal mode are adopted in the automatic construction of power distribution in downtown area of Yishui County.This paper puts forward the suggestion of construction of small distribution automation main station in yishui city,and realizes the rapid location of fault point and fault section of 10 kV line in downtown city of yishui county through the cooperation of distribution automation main station and various feeder terminals.The interface is reserved in the construction of distribution automation main station system,which lays the foundation for the interconnection between main station system and production marketing system.
