The unit manufacturing method is created to meet the needs of efficient market production.It is not enough to have high-efficiency production capacity for fierce market competition,and it is also necessary to take into account the highly flexible production of discretization.As the market demand form gradually shifts to “multivariety,small and medium-sized batches”,the production of manufacturing enterprises must also keep pace with the market demand,from the mode of using static production systems to the dynamic and static mixed production system.Therefore,this paper aims at achieving a high-efficiency and high-flexibility production mode,taking the characteristics of production scheduling and reconfiguration of reconfigurable manufacturing systems as the starting point,efficient scheduling of manufacturing units,and order arrival.In-depth study of unit structure adjustment and dynamic reconfiguration scheduling of manufacturing units driven by production disturbances during the implementation process.The main research contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects:(1)Systematic analysis of the research status of discrete production systems,confirming the importance of the manufacturing unit reconstruction technology of discrete production systems to actual production.Starting from the needs of the market,the research ideological framework of this paper is established.(2)In order to meet the high production efficiency requirements of manufacturing enterprises in the market competition,the unit production reconfiguration scheduling was studied.The advantages and disadvantages of unit reconfiguration scheduling are directly linked to the actual production efficiency of manufacturing enterprises.The fast and effective scheduling mode can greatly shorten the production cycle of enterprises.Intra-unit scheduling is the core issue of unit scheduling.Therefore,the model establishment and algorithm improvement design of intra-unit scheduling are mainly studied,and then the inter-unit device sharing algorithm is designed.Finally,some simulation cases are used to verify the efficiency and feasibility of unit production scheduling.(3)According to the market demand fluctuation of orders,the inheritance reconstruction of manufacturing units based on new orders is studied.Analyze the shortcomings of traditional manufacturing units in the face of complete refactoring in the face of orders,and determine the necessity of inheritance reconstruction of manufacturing units.Starting from the information of the new order and the original manufacturing unit,the similarity coefficient between the new order and the original order is designed to determine whether the new order is directly added to the original manufacturing unit or needs to be rebuilt to process the new manufacturing unit.When constructing a new order,it is necessary to perform structural restructuring adjustment processing on the original manufacturing unit.In order to ensure that the restructuring of the manufacturing unit structure is optimized,the efficiency and inheritance adjustment indicators are set.Finally,a case is used to verify the feasibility of the program.(4)According to the influence of production disturbance events in the manufacturing execution process,the dynamic reconstruction scheduling of manufacturing units driven by production disturbance is studied.In order to simplify the complex dynamic scheduling problem,the rolling window technology is combined with the event-driven mechanism with the delivery period offset tolerance as the trigger point to process the dynamic event.Starting from the characteristics of dynamic reconfiguration scheduling,the ant colony algorithm is selected as the dynamic reconfiguration scheduling algorithm,and corresponding design and improvement are carried out.Finally,an example is used to verify the reliability of the solution.(5)Applying the manufacturing unit reconfiguration technology of the discrete production line to the actual production process based on the production demand of the manufacturing enterprise,and verifying that the technology can meet the high efficiency of production in the manufacturing unit and the structure under the new order.Adjusting the production flexibility of the manufacturing unit to enable rapid and efficient dynamic adjustment in the case of high flexibility and production disturbances.
