Research On The Scheduling Management Of The Weifang Section Of The Shouji Highway Reconstruction Project

In recent years, the number of highway reconstruction project is growing constantly and requirement on their scheduling management is higher and higher due to their special characteristics. In the field of the scheduling management of highway reconstruction project, we mainly use the foreign advanced theories and practices for references in China and there are unavoidably many problems in practice. Construction enterprises face many urgent problems:how to improve their project scheduling management and how to bring social and economic benefits into full play. Based on the reconstruction project of the Weifang section of the Shouji highway, the author adopts the scheduling management concept, theory and methodology to carry on the research to explore the most suitable way of scheduling management of the project.Firstly, the thesis introduces the general survey of the project and scheduling management theories. According to the difficulties in the project, the thesis analyzes the factors that affect the project schedule. Secondly, the author breaks down the project into specific projects by WBS method scientifically and draws the network diagram according to the logic relations and estimates the time of work duration. Then, critical path is determined and schedule is updated to draw up effective schedule for the project. Thirdly, under the dynamic monitor of the project, the author analyzes what leads to the schedule variance of the project and adjusts the schedule to ensure the project to be completed on schedule. Finally, based on the reconstruction project of the Weifang section of the Shouji highway, the author works out some effective measures to ensure the project schedule and also offers some references for scheduling management of highway reconstruction project.In some regions of China, the present highways are unable to meet the need of the modern traffic. Building new highway doesn’t meet the required criteria, so it is necessary to reconstruct more and more old highways. The thesis has studied the scheduling management of reconstruction project of the Weifang section of the Shouji highway scientifically and systematically. Universally and typically, the studies in the thesis have set a model in the field and have offered references for scheduling management of highway reconstruction project. Therefore, the thesis is of great significance in theoretical innovation and practical guidance.
