The assembled steel grid box structure is a new type of building structure consisting of steel hollow sandwich plate and grid wall frame.The new structure proposed and gradually improved by Professor Kejian Ma of Guizhou University has the characteristics of economy,saving storey height,setting pipelines in hollow sandwich plate and flexible division of space layout,and has been widely used in practical engineering.Based on previous studies,the honeycomb steel hollow sandwich panel is applied to high-rise buildings,which has the advantages of flexible division of household type and setting spray for fire prevention in the hollow sandwich plate.Taking the proposed energy-saving economic residential building of three-households per staircase as an example,a new assembled honeycomb steel grid box double tube structure is proposed,then analyzed the characteristics,dynamic characteristics and seismic performance,and compared with the conventional structure.Firstly,in the elastic range and under the action of frequent earthquakes,mode-superposition response spectrum method is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics and deformation of the structure itself.Secondly,in the elastic-plastic range and rare earthquakes and under large earthquakes,the Pushover method is applied to analyze the plastic deformation performance and safety reserve of structure.Thirdly,the influence of equivalent model and non-equivalent model on the overall performance of the structure is analyzed.Next,lead-rubber bearing(LRB)isolation bearings are installed on the foundation of the new box-type double-tube structure,and the difference between the isolation model and the non-isolation model is analyzed and compared with the conventional structure.Finally,the assembly connection of the new structure is preliminarily discussed.The results show that the basic mechanical properties of the structure are similar to those of the conventional structure,but the new structure has better mechanical characteristics and seismic performance,and can realize flexible division of residential building layout,saving economy and storey height and also realizing assembly construction.So,it has better application prospects in future buildings.
