With the rapid development of the world economic integration, the port has some problems such as slow response to customers' demand for logistics service and low utilization of resources. In order to cope with the fierce global competition, improve customer satisfaction and reduce operating costs, the port actively seeks to build a seamless logistics service supply chain system for customers by establishing a logistics service supply chain management form and forming a strategic alliance with nodal and down the supply chain.Since each node of the chain are rational economic entities that exist independently and put their own economic interests in the first place when making decisions,it is inevitable that there will be behaviors inconsistent with the overall goal of the supply chain in the process of cooperation, resulting in the phenomenon of "double marginal effect".In order to solve this problem, some incentive and punishment mechanisms should be set up in the process of cooperation among various subjects to restrain their behaviors,so as to make the supply chain system work in a coordinated manner.Which follow the development trend of global logistics service supply chain, this thesis apply revenue sharing contract to port logistics service supply chain, and the chain of the deep research, the situation of the incongruity can expect for the port enterprise in the process of construction of logistics service supply chain, promote the supply chain members to promote win-win cooperation and supply chain operation performance to provide a reference value on the basis of theory and practice.Under the background of stochastic demand, this thesis studies there is a competitive relationship between logistics service providers for the influence of the port supply chain coordination, put forward with the various decision-making under the conditions of the decentralized decision making capacity equal to the centralized decision-making under the agreement on joint decision-making capacity for supply chain coordination conditions, based on revenue sharing contract is constructed of secondary port logistics service supply chain coordination decision model, the research on port logistics service supply chain decisions and revenue-sharing contract parameters of interests of various participants of design needs to meet the conditions, the relationship between the related parameters of the problem.By means of numerical analysis, the conditions that the parameters of the revenue sharing contract need to be satisfied when the supply chain is coordination are obtained, and the relationship between the price of logistics service providers and the revenue sharing coefficient of themselves and their competitors is discussed. Then the linear relationship between the optimal volume, the revenue sharing coefficient and the unit price is discussed. So as to verify that the revenue sharing contract can coordinate the logistics service supply chain and achieve win-win results. This series of related research has certain theoretical significance and practical value in extending contract theory.
