Under the current international air transport management system,the strategic alliance has become an important way of cooperation between international airlines,with the limitation of foreign investment shares and the premise of international air transport.The strategic alliance has a positive impact on airline companies as it helps reducing costs and thus increasing revenue and expanding the market.After joining the aviation strategic alliance,the airline companies would carry out different forms of cooperation.In the process,whether the earing is allocated in a reasonable way play an extremely important role in the stability of the aviation strategic alliance.The paper studies the following aspects:(1)to describe the development of both domestic and international aviation strategic alliance,the situation of cooperation management in aviation atrategic alliance,and the revenue sharing models used in alliance;(2)to built a revenue sharing model aimed at maximizing profit and social welfare,and study optimal solutions of the two models in centralized decision making and decentralized decision making respectively;(3)based on the revenue model discussed above,the risk of the airling is obtained by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,to combine Shapley value method of risk in order to make a aviation strategic alliance revenue sharing plan;(4)based on the results of revenue allocation scheme,apply the method to the real case,the application of the revenue plan is carried out with the the actual situation of China Southern Airlines.In short,this paper established a aviation strategic alliance revenue sharing model,which is combined with Shapley value method,and developed a strategic alliance revenue allocation plan.The paper also applied the model to the real case of China Southern Airlines.The purpose of this paper is to provide a strategic alliance revenue allocation plan and propose a pratical revenue sharing plan with the real case of China Southern Airlines.
